A: The requirements for being part of the Parseal courier family starts by you signing up as a Courier, making sure your documentations are up to date. With that in no time, you'd be ready to start.

A: Customers pay via their debit and credit cards and payment is facilitated by Paystack .

Q: How does Parseal calculate price?
A: Parseal pricing is calculated based on distance, time and a fixed base fare. Our pricing is transparent and reliable.

Q: How can you trust Parseal?
A: All Parseal couriers are properly trained and vetted. We also have a reliable tracking system in place and the technology behind our service is secure. Packages sent via our service are also insured against theft and damage.

Q: Can Parseal deliver my parcel from one city to another?
A: We currently don't have city to city Parseal delivery service. We however have exceptions for Vans on the Parseal service for city to city delivery.

Q: How do I know when Package I sent has been delivered?
A: Immediately a delivery initiated has been picked up for delivery, a pin/delivery code is generated and sent to the recipient. This delivery code serves as proof of delivery and a confirmation will be sent to you.
